Hi All-We live on the north side of the peninsula and wanted to alert the neighborhood that we had coyotes in the yard last night that killed a duck and left it on our front step. I know it's strange. Not sure where they're coming from. In the winter, we've seen them walk over from the park but this is the first we've had with ice out.

Thanks for the heads up, Sam.  We live in the middle of 14th Ave and moved here in the summer of 2009.  We've also seen coyote in the winter on the ice, but never on dry land in the spring/summer/fall.  However, we've I've seen multiple red fox over the years going after squirrels.
